Front Desk (CA) Zone

We refer to our Front Desk staff as CA's.  CA stands for Clinic Assistant.

We know what it takes to train a new member of staff, after all we have done it many times ourselves over the years we have been in practice.  This is why we provide this section of the program to our members.

The Front Desk (CA) Zone has two sections.

Firstly you have the monthly training modules which are for the use of all CA's.  In the early stages the modules focus heavily on Telephone Technique and modules are being added all the time to help your CA's with self motivational techniques and how to grow into the position of a CA.

Secondly you have what we call the Quick Start section.  This section is a downloadable pdf file that covers the 9 subjects a Front Desk CA needs to know covering everything from a Brief History of Chiropractic to basic Telephone Technique and how to deal with New Patients.  Using this Quick Start download you can get a new member of staff up and running in no time at all.

The real advantage of the CA Zone is that it can help you boost your practice at any time you decide to do so.  Why?  Because all staff get into bad habits, it's human nature to cut corners when you start to get busy.  This is where the CA Zone comes into its own because you can just pick a subject and go over it in a training meeting - in no time at all you will see your Front Desk CA's excelling again in their work.

We know that your Front Desk staff do not have the same motivation as the Senior Doctor and Associates so we spent a long time researching this subject, finding out how long staff would see as reasonable to spend per month learning how to improve in their work.  Our research told us that if we gave the Front Desk staff just one module per month to learn then they would see this as reasonable and they would do it without feeling that too much was being expected of them.
